Regardless of anyone's religious beliefs or interpretation, THE THEME OF THIS MESSAGE is that the president was mocking religion.

It is wholly unimportant what idea he is trying to convey when he comes across as a blubbering, arrogant & ignorant moron.
He has shown he is not religious and takes no one's religious freedoms seriously.
This is all a fairytale to this clown.
It's obvious religion has played no part in his policy making, as his actions have only further enslaved Americans for generations to come.
